Pulse wave velocity
The pulse wave velocity is a medically relevant parameter that is determined by VASCASSIST very simply.
In addition to the diagnosis of arterial stiffness (increased pulse wave velocity) the pulse wave velocity can also show evidence of arterial stenosis and the subsequent formation of bypass circuits (decrease in pulse wave velocity).
